Acceptable Use
Use Nexra for legitimate business: your website, your customer communications, your marketing. Don't use it to harm people, break laws, or abuse the platform. Violations of this policy can result in suspension or account closure without refund, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Prohibited content
You may not use Nexra to host, send, or distribute:
- Illegal content under U.S. federal or applicable state law
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
- Sexually explicit material or content involving minors
- Content that incites violence, harassment, or discrimination
- Deceptive content — fake reviews, impersonation of other businesses, phishing pages, fraudulent investment schemes
- Malware, ransomware, or links to known malicious URLs
- Regulated products without proper licensing (firearms, controlled substances, gambling)
Prohibited activities
- Sending bulk email or SMS to recipients who haven't opted in. Lists you bought, scraped, or harvested are not consented lists.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass our usage limits, plan gates, or auth
- Scraping or reverse-engineering the Service beyond what's reasonable for debugging your own integration
- Running automated traffic against the Service that's not directly tied to serving your real customers
- Sharing one paid account across multiple unrelated businesses
- Using the Service to deliver content for a competing dashboard, CMS, or agency platform that we couldn't distinguish from genuine end-customer use
Security
You agree not to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written permission
- Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that don't belong to you
- Interfere with service to other users (e.g., DoS, request flooding, payload stuffing)
Good-faith security research is welcome. Email us before testing and we'll coordinate a scope; we won't pursue claims against researchers who follow a reasonable disclosure timeline.
Reporting violations
Saw something on a Nexra-hosted site that violates this policy? Email isaiahgnason@gmail.com with the URL and a description. We review reports within 2 business days; clear violations are taken down within 24 hours of confirmation.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, our response can range from a warning, to removing specific content, to suspending the account, to immediate closure. Clear illegal activity is reported to law enforcement. We log actions taken so the affected account can request a written explanation.
