Refund Policy

Last updated June 17, 2026

We want you to be happy with Nexra. This policy explains when we'll refund your money, what isn't refundable, and how to ask for one. For everything else, see our Terms of Service.

01

Subscription plans

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After day 14, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and keep using the Service through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. We prorate the difference against your next renewal — we don't issue refunds for the unused portion of an old plan.

02

Website builds

For custom website builds (anything outside the self-serve dashboard), refunds follow the milestone schedule in your engagement letter. Deposits are non-refundable once we begin work. Final balance is refundable up to launch if we fail to meet agreed scope and don't address it within 30 days of a written notice.

03

What's not refundable

  • Renewal payments past the 14-day window
  • Add-ons and one-time charges (extra projects, premium templates, etc.)
  • Charges for completed work on custom builds
  • Third-party fees we pass through (domains, SMS credits, ad spend)
  • Accounts closed for policy violations under our Acceptable Use Policy
04

How to request a refund

Email isaiahgnason@gmail.com with the email on your account and the charge you want refunded. We'll respond within one business day and, if approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows things down and may suspend your account while we investigate. Always reach out first — we've never refused a legitimate refund request.
05

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the same thread and we'll escalate it to a second reviewer. Most disagreements get resolved within a few days.
